The 3rd AGF Trophy International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament, approved by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), was held at the National Gymnastics Arena on April 14-16 in Baku. 119 gymnasts from 14 countries participated in the competition, including junior and senior categories. A total of 38 gymnasts represented Azerbaijan in the tournament, 20 of whom competed in individual and 18 in group exercises.

This competition is also a test for senior gymnasts for the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup, which will be held on April 21-23.

In the first international rhythmic gymnastics competition held this year in Azerbaijan, the most count of medals were won by the Azerbaijani gymnasts resulting with total of 7 gold and 7 silver medals in individual and group exercises in the junior and senior categories.
