On September 12, 2024, the teams began their preparations in the garage for the Qatar Airways Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. In the evening, the pit lane opened for the fans who had purchased tickets for the Formula 1 race. Guests visiting the pit lane had the opportunity to watch the garages of the teams and pit trainings, as well as see and meet the drivers.
On September 13, the first Free Practice session will be taking place in Formula 1.
